Deduce the logic function of the circuit(MUX and Decoder)

Statement: Derive the logical function performed by the circuit below, constructing your truth table, and simplify it using Karnaugh.

I do not know how to deduce the logical function, I know only simplify using Karnaugh

I guess you will need to assume all permutation of input values and build a truth table.
