Possible Bug with Tristate

Description:

I'm not sure, but it seems two connected Tristate "Gate" outputs doesn't work together anymore, makes usual Multiplexer impossible.

Steps to reproduce:

Download the attached save file and execute the circuit "bug.Bugtest".
The upper 4 Tristates are enabled and get valid inputs, the lowers are disabled, but all output lines remains floating.
When the button is pressed, hence the lower are active and the upper inactive, it seems to work.

Workaround:

2.17.8.15 seems to be the last working version. Additional seems connecting the output lines to a LED, Probe etc. to fix it:
