Disconnected Wire Bug

I love when I update the software and yet find out that my processor don't work anymore (same for some other circuits of mine) :/

Edit: I found 2 wires "not connected" but they are connected (one is: Out of a AND gate witch has connected inputs, and In (E) of a tristate gate)

Edit2: the second one is: 3 NOT gates providing not connected outputs (but with connected inputs) to a and gate, thus creating a non-conected output and so on

What version you updated to and can you send me the file that does not work anymore?

2.18.3.25, it tells me it's the last (I updated today)

As promised, here's the simplest form of the bug I can make, I tried many different things but I can't make it any simpler.

On 2.17.3.20 it works as expected, but on the last one, 2.18.3.25, there will be some wires "not connected" despite being.
