It was great if there was a "0 address bits" menu item in RAM.

FPGA is build of LUT's, that can be programmed to be any gate. But how they are connected one to the other, so that this connections could be programmable too ? Maybe anyone has a simple example of this ?

In previous version, if you didn't want to plug all the data bits, you had to plug zeros instead. in this fixed version you can leave them floating.

My version of 7 segment decoder
The begining is here . This decoder has 2 buses: one for the 4-bit number, and the other 3-bit bus for "blank", "minus" and the point. The point has no influence, but the blank symbol has a greater priority on "minus". I hope this circuit will be helpful for anyone. The...

Yes, but it is not critical for this decoders, because it not so useful. Just for the purpose of learning.
