Few suggestions

Post by mtrx »

Hello.
It's a nice and powerful app, however i have some suggestions:
1. It would be nice to have auto save feature, maybe not to actually edited file but as .bak or sth. (today i lost whole module because of system failure)
2. Additional window with live updating history of probes as hex (sometimes its hard to debug bigger circuit)
3. Quick access buttons, which can be assigned to chosen button (only quick buttons from main running circuit)
4. Manual clock steps (can be optionally made with above)
5. Conversion to vhdl (I would love to run my circuits on some fpga)
6. Functional box with ability to write logical function as equation
7. Red dot on unconnected end of wire (eg. when two wires are not connected but first is placed on second making them overlap, so they look like connected)

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestions. Some of them are in plans for implementations and some you can do with other tools. Here are what you can do now.
If your probes are connected to just few bit outputs you can view them live in oscilloscope.
Manual clock you can implement yourself with a couple of buttons to use automatic or manual mode.
You can detect unconnected wires if you use menu Edit/Select Free wires. There are other useful select commands there.
Regards,
Eugene
