oscilation error

I am trying to create a shift register using D flip flop that I made but when I connect the Q output to the D I get the following error

the problem is that I need to change only the pins not the internal circuitry. Like say that the multiplexer has 01 and the 1 pin needs to open but the arrangement is 10 which is wrong. However the internal is right. Even if I rearrange them the outside box keeps them the same.
